I just went to load up ActiveCaptian on my new phone and it says I've reached my device limit (2) and cannot proceed. It suggests I log into a new account and I'm not given an option to remove any of the old phones, nor can I find anywhere to do so on any of the apps or websites (or searching google). If I have to create a second account just to access the same data, that makes no sense, there has to be a way to remove/unregister my old phones.
Just to be clear, I'm not looking to remove Garmin "devices", I'm looking to remove cell phones that I've used to access ActiveCaptain in the past. They are old phones that I've since upgraded.
