Problem running AC on Windows 10/Bluestacks

I have AC running on my Windows PC using a Bluestacks Android emulator.  Running AC in Windows would give me the option of using a large monitor to create/edit routes, etc. My problem is that I can’t get AC to load my g3 map of Lake Murray.  Here are the details:

I have a Garmin EchoMap Plus 43cv.  If I go to my Garmin account, I can see that the device is properly identified under My Devices and the U.S. LakeVu Detail Map is identified as “active” under Subscriptions.

I have the AC app on my iPhone.  On the iPhone, if I select Chart, ActiveCaptain automatically brings up my LakeVu g3 map of Lake Murray, SC.  Also, if I launch Navionics Chart Viewer on my PC, Chart Viewer brings up my map of Lake Murray.  However, if I launch ActiveCaptain on the PC and go to Chart, I get a blank yellow screen.  In essence, a blank map.

If I go to the menu (upper R) and choose Download Charts, under My Charts, I see U.S. LakeVu Detail Map (v.2021.50).  If I hit the download button, I should see tiles superimposed over a map, so that I can click a tile that includes the portion of the map to be downloaded. Instead, I’m presented with tiles which simply cover a solid-colored screen.  Even if I zoom out, there is no map.  I can’t relate any tile to any geography.  If I click on a tile, I get a message: “Error downloading the selected tile.”

So, how do I get ActiveCaptain on my PC to display my Lake Murray map as it does on my iPhone?  Any thoughts?
