Hi, all
I am not sure where on earth to post this question so I will just post it here and hope that a mod can redirect me.
I just wanted to know the difference between a recorded and unrecorded event/activity. For example, if I were to walk briskly to work and record the activity with my watch (Fenix6 in this case) then the next day walk briskly again (assuming the exact same pace and heart rate) would my watch register a similar amount of calories burned throughout the day? The steps (I am assuming) would be similar since this is a linear activity but the watch wouldn't be able to glean my speed and exact heart rate (and other sensors would be turned off) for the walk where my watch is in normal mode.
Any help on this topic or point to another thread would be massive help.
Thank you,
