When using my vivimove hr the gps isn’t showing or mapping my route on Strava I’ve turned my location on still no luck

Vivomove HR isn’t mapping my route on Strava, I have turned my location on but still not mapping.

I’m having trouble with auto time it keeps coming on and saving an activity even when I’m not moving
