Nüvi 1490 not connected - OS X 10.10.5

I can't connect my Nüvi to my iMac: it says "not connected".
If I delete it and try to add as a new one, it can't find it.
I tried to switch off and power on again, to delete and install the software again but it doesn't work.
Please help me :-O
