Syncing devices from multiple computers

I have an Edge 800 and Vivoactive, and I've been syncing them to my Mac mini for quite some time without any issues. I recently bought a Mac book air and presumed that I could sync to garmin connect through either computer. However, I can't get garmin express to see either device from my new computer. My dashboard in Garmin connect shows both devices, but when I try to sync a device it runs express and tries to add devices, but locks up on the nickname screen. Is there something I need to do with Garmin express to see the devices from my new computer ?

Thanks.

Is Garmin Express really locking up or is the bottom of the window cut off so that you can't see the Next button to click on? Some smaller MacBook Air computers are unable to display the entire Garmin Express window. Try the troubleshooting in our FAQ:

Why doesn't Garmin Express fit on the screen?

    Problem solved, thanks.

Thanks very much, your suggestion was correct, the Garmin Express window was not being fully displayed and the option selections were not shown. I followed the recommendation for screen settings from the FAQ you referenced, but I also had to reduce the toolbar at the bottom of the display to minimum size, and I was then able to complete the device setup. I have the 11 inch display Mac Air, and by reducing the toolbar, it is possible to complete the garmin express setup. Thanks again for your help.
