I have read other users problems and the FAQs but as I cannot use ethernet on a mac air there does not seem to be a reasonable solution. I did see one answer that stated that the subscription information on the garmin files was in error so had to start again after this was fixed. I have lifetime updates and the updates do not work on transferrifn tot he device - but I was able to download to the mac air.
Nuv1 3760 - there was an error installing the update.

The unit currently does not work properly and will not allow navigation, the icon travels about 5mm off the road.
I moved this post as it was posted in the Windows forum. I am sorry that you are having trouble with your map update. We have opened a case for devices that have a 3d terrain map (including the nuvi 3700 series) getting errors during the map update. We are currently working to resolve this issue.
