Doesn´t Sync. Always happening. Tired of this. Help!

Please, I need some help. My Garmin 910 XT never syncs as it should. I´m getting quite tired of this, because it is always happening!…

Sometimes it simply doesn't sync anything for a few days. Other times it syncs some activities, and others don´t. Rarely, it works fine. Could you please solve this problem for once and for all? I´m seriously changing from Garmin to other sport-watch because of this. It is quite stressful.

This last sync, it worked for two or three activities, but a lot of them still don´t appear in Connect. It´s missing my 2, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18 and 19 of July activities! They are in the watch, but they simply don´t exist in Garmin Connect.

It has been like this in the last year. I´ve even started to create manual activities in Connect, because they don´t sync at all! It´s ridiculous. This watch was quite expensive, and this is not a fair costumer treatment!

    I am sorry that you are having trouble syncing your device. If there was some kind of issue during the initial transfer of those activities, it is possible that those activities were already marked as sent on the watch. Have you tried resending all activities on the watch?

    How can I reupload all my activities with my Fenix 3?

    The fenix 3 is a mass-storage device. You would need to upload them manually to Connect. There is no transfer all option on mass-storage devices.

  • I have exactly the same issues with my 910xt. Its' been like this ever since they released Express. I've called several times and 'fixed it', only to have the same issues occur later... These devices are too expensive to not work the way they should...

    Are you getting an error when you try to sync or is the data just not showing up in Garmin connect? If you are not getting any errors, I would try the procedure that I mentioned in my last post. If this does not help or you are getting an error, I would recommend following the steps in the FAQ: What can I try when my ANT Fitness device will not sync with Garmin Express?

    If this does not solve the problem, please contact Product Support again. Make sure that you let the agent know that this is a recurring problem so that we make sure to test it more thoroughly to ensure the problem is resolved.
