Reloading an activity from a 610 to garmin connect

Does anyone know how to reload an activity from FR610 to garmin connect?

The activity uploaded via garmin express and appeared in garmin connect without any problem but it did not transfer from there to strava.
I then deleted it from garmin connect with the intention of reloading it to see if it would then transfer over to strava, but reloading this activity via garmin express is proving to be mission impossible.

Any ideas?
I have since uploaded other activities without a problem but this one is not moving from the watch.

Extremely annoying.

You can try a transfer all and then send it over again:

Thanks for the reply, but that is one of the things I have already tried and it's not having any of it.

Check to see if the file was archived to your Mac. The folder location is found in our FAQ Where are my activity files stored after ANT+ transfer to Garmin Connect?

If the file is there, you can manually upload it to Garmin Connect. Use the instructions in our FAQ How do I manually upload data from USB Mass Storage devices to Garmin Connect? to manually upload the file once you have located it. Since the folder is hidden, it would be easier to copy the file to the desktop of your Mac and then import it into Garmin Connect from there.

If you are still unable to upload the file to Garmin Connect, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.

I tried that one too but activities uploaded via express are not stored locally. All the ones uploaded via ant (the older ones) are there but nothing that has been uploaded via express.
