Watch Face fails to sync to Fenix3 on Mac

Hi

Downloaded watch face "ActiFace Red" from Connect IQ, it appears in Garmin Express (Manage Apps / Watch Faces), Fenix connected (and green) via USB, clicked the cloud icon, it attempts to download, fails with a red "! Failed". No errors or explanations.

No Apps on the device, reports 0 of 16

Express v4.1.2.0
Mac version OSX 10.8.5

I can't use Bluetooth as I have an iPhone 4 which is not compatible with the Bluetooth version on the Fenix3

Any ideas what's wrong?

    I am sorry for the troubles. I tested downloading the "ActiFace Red" watch face on my fenix3 and had no problems. Have you tried removing the fenix3 from Express & Connect then adding it back again? This should clear any partial or corrupt files you may have waiting to be installed on the device.

    OK, removed F3 from Express, unplugged device, reconnected device, added device, all the sync items that were there before removing device were still available...!! So it did not clean up the old sync list as you said it would.

    Attempted to sync the watch face with the same result...failed.

    If you are up to date on Express I would recommend contacting support.
