Express fails to connect over WiFi to Fenix3

Fenix3 connects to Express OK over USB (green connected spot), but doesn't seem to over WiFi, spot stays red...Should it go green?

Also Fenix3 doesn't seem to upload activities to Connect over WiFi, I have to use Express instead.

I have set the WiFi settings up via Express, is there any way to see if the F3 is connected to the WiFi?

Thanks

The first thing would be to check in Express to see what Wi-Fi Networks have been added to the fenix3.

    1. Connect the fenix3 to the computer and open Express.
    2. Select the fenix3 then click the Tools tile.
    3. Click the Utilities tab
    4. The Wi-Fi Networks section lists any networks added to the fenix3.

Click the Add Network button if none have been added. The Wi-Fi networks available at your location are detected through the fenix3 rather than the computer's Wi-Fi adapter. Select a network and enter the network ID (password).

Once the fenix3 is disconnected you can check the Wi-Fi.
    1. Press and Hold the Up button to bring up menus
    2. Select Settings
    3. Scroll down to the Wi-Fi menu
    4. Select Connect to Wi-Fi

The fenix3 will try attempt to connect. If you have troubles or any other questions I suggest you contact Product Support by phone.
