Edge1000 Garmin Express with Garmin Connect

HELP! I created a course using Open Street Map but when i send it to device i get "There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect". Software is up to date. I've removed the device and re-added. I've deleted from the cue and re-done. Turned everything off and back on. But i still keep getting the error message....

    Currently there is an issue with Connect sending Courses to devices. In order to successfully send a Course to a device it must be a Course created manually in the Course menu or be a Course saved from an Activity uploaded from the device. The details page for each activity has a gear(settings) icon with the option to Save as a Course.

    The Garmin Connect team is aware of the issues sending Courses to devices and working on a resolution. There are many variables when working with files so there may be a solution that is outside of this forum in your situation. If you have any other questions I suggest you contact Garmin Product Support by phone.
