Express fails to sync with Connect

Vivofit software version 4.00
Express software version 4.0.24.0
MacBook Pro OS X Yosemite software version 10.10.3

I have rebooted the laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled Express, removed and added devices etc...I get a message on Express that the sync is complete, but no information is show on Connect.

    I am sorry for the troubles. Perform a soft reset on the vivofit by pressing the device button for 20 seconds or until the screen goes off / on. Put approximately 100 more steps on the device then sync it again. You will loose the steps for the previous days but it should sync the current steps and sync future days as normal. If you continue to have troubles please contact Garmin Product Support by phone.

    I have logged into Garmin Connect but when I try to login on express the error message I get is that my account is not valid, even though I am logged into Connect and reviewing my profile?

    I have rebooted, reconnected and tried repairing the Vivofit but it just wont access any Garmin Connect accounts?

    What should I do?

    Vivofit not syncing

    Thank you!!!!!!!! After 13 frustrated days of trying to sync my vivofit and getting nowhere, this tip really worked!!!!! My vivofit is back to syncing again, I hope that you got yours to work as well,Kylie ! Good luck! :)

    Have you tried clearing all your browser cache, temporary files, etc? I recommend trying that first:

    How do I clear my browser history, cache, and temporary Internet files?

    If that does not resolve the sign in issue, it could be a corrupted Keychain for Garmin Express that is causing this. Try deleting it and see if that will work. Here are instructions:

    • Click on Spotlight
    • Type Keychain Access
    • Press Return
    • Under the login keychain, locate com.garmin.cartography.mapupdate.express.auth
