Nüvi 66LMT not supported device

I got the message not supported device on both mac and windows. The express recognize the nüvi 66lmt and the serial number. Any solution?

Perhaps read the various threads in both the Mac and PC Express forums that mention the same problem?

It's to do with an issue with Express and which language you're using.
