Garmin express (MAC) not compatible with Nuvi 2597

Hi,
Just bought a Nuvi 2597 LMT today and wanted to register and update the unit. I have a new installation of Garmin Express. The Mac connects to the unit and Garmin Express sees it but report that "this device is not compatible with Express." I can't update any of the maps etc. I managed to use Garmin WebUpdater, but that was for the system update and som language.
I would really like this to work soon. Does anyone know this problem?

I am experiencing the same problem.
Express recognizes when the GPS is connected but responds with the same message.

Everyone,

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with Garmin Express. I have been unable to duplicate the problem here but I did create a case to have the problem investigated.
