Update on connect issues with 405CX

2 months ago it was discovered that the modern version of Garmin Connect wont work with the 405CX, because the website sends a .FIT file rather than a .TCX
At the time you said there was no estimate on when/if this might be fixed.
Is there an estimate yet?

I can't ask this in the existing 2 threads here:

because they have been closed even though they are not resolved.

Any update would be appreciated?

I am sorry for the troubles. The Garmin Connect will accept fitness activity data from Forerunner 405CX. There are existing issues with sending scheduled workouts through the calendar menu and sending courses to the device from Connect but you can send individual workouts from the workouts menu. The Connect team is aware of these issues and working on resolving them. Unfortunately I do not have an ETA at this time.
