Edge 1000 - Not Connected

Garmin Express doesn't seem to be able to connect to my Edge 1000 when plugged into my Mac via USB.

Installed the latest update (Garmin Express 4.0.24.0) and re-booted...still says Not Connected.

Didn't have this issue a few weeks ago...been using my Edge 1000 with my Mac (OS X 10.9.5) for about 2 months and this is the first major issue I've had.

I have WiFi configured on my Edge 1000...but it doesn't seem to find it over WiFi either.

Any ideas???

HELP!! Having same problem...

with my Mac Book Pro (running OSX Yosemite Version 10.10.3) not recognizing my Garmin Edge 1000 (Running Software Version 3.00) via USB or Bluetooth, even after hard reset of Edge 1000 AND following recommended instructions at...

What can I do if my fitness mass storage device is not being recognized by the computer?

Quite frustrated please help!!

If you have tried all the troubleshooting in the FAQ including using a different computer and the Edge 1000 is still not detected, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
