610 Won't upload activities

Updated my 610 to 3.00 firmware but now my activities will not sync. Used the Ant agent which comes up with activity transfer failed. Load up Garmin Express which syncs ok but does not upload activities. It will download garmin express updates and changes that I make.

Help! Last activity was yesterday and last one before that was Sunday and nothing happening.

Tried all these previously and now the FAQ does not even load.

It also possible that the activities are already marked as sent. You can set them to resend on the watch by following these instructions:

Press MENU
Select History
Select Options
Select Upload
Select activity you want to upload
Select Yes
Repeat steps 5 and 6 as needed

If this does not solve the problem, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone.
