Garmin Express don't see North America map - I just purchased on garmin.com. I purchased the map as a download. I works fine on my device (Zumo 590LM). I would like to install the map on Basecamp - and I am not able to do that - because Garmin Express don't see the new map. What am I doing wrong?
The map product you purchased cannot be installed to the computer and is only available for download from your myGarmin account. Express will not be able to see this mapping download. BaseCamp should recognize the map on the SD card when the device is connected to the computer.
