The geniuses in the egyptian government made a last minute decision of not switching to daylight saving time. So to come around this problem i had to disable the auto time setting feature in fenix 3 and on my computer. when i did that i was no longer able to sync to garmin connect until i switched back to automatic time setting on both the fenix 3 and the computer. Same issue with Garmin connect mobile. Can you please tell you servers to accept the time on the devices whether or not it is set automatically? I guess this will be a temporary fix until the global timekeeping servers are informed of the "no change" decision that was made recently in Egypt
