Garmin Express Sync Workouts with 410

Hello
I can't upload one workout to the forerunner 410. The workout is in PendingSyncDownloads folder

I've tried:
- Empty PendingSyncDownloads folder
- Hard reset
- Re-associated

The error log is:

I am sorry that you are having trouble sending your workout to your watch. Have you successfully sent other workouts to your watch? If other workouts are sending, I would first try removing the workout from your queue in Garmin Connect. It might also help to recreate the workout. Other than this, it sounds like you have done most of the troubleshooting that we would suggest through the forum and it would be best to contact support by phone so that we can troubleshoot.
