Failure Uploading courses to EDGE 810

I'm experiencing an issue trying to send course to device, each time I do, there's a load of previous failures listed along with 'segment-leaders' and I get the message "there was an error syncing with Garmin Connect". I've found the tread telling me how to navigate to Garmin/Express/RegisterdDevices/DeviceID/PendingSyncDownloads, there are a load of files in there which I trash.I've cleared all course off the device. When I go into connect to resend one that was previously successful, I get the sync error from GE again listing the same failed courses (not the one I just tried to upload) and the segment-leader files. If I navigate back to PendingSyncDownloads the files have all reappeared. I've restarted GE, restarted the mac, removed the device, added it again but nothing I do stops these old failures reappearing. The course that previously worked is not in the error list but is not on the device either.

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Garmin Connect thinks there is a software update needed for the Edge 810 to version 3.60. It is sending the 3.60 software update along with a bunch of additional language files. If the Edge 810 is already up to date then delete it from Express and Connect then pair it again. If it is not, complete the software update on the device. You can see the files ready to Sync by signing into your account and clicking on the Sync icon on the left where the number 19 is. Click the black x to remove the update files if you continue to have troubles.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
