ANT stick not registering

Hi all, i have my ANT stick plugged in to my computer and checked that its being received by my computer fine, but the Garmin Express app continues to show that its not connected so can't down load my training data.

Any ideas to help out?? Is there another way i can do a data transfer? Im using a 910XT watch if that helps...

    I am sorry for the troubles. As long as Garmin Express is up to date, deleting the device then pairing it again should correct this issue. What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client? Please let us know if you continue to have troubles.
