Error: There was an error installing Europe 2015.40

Hello there,

I have similer problem as here: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread...Africa-2015-20

I was trying to complete the maps update on my Nuvi 3597LM using Garmin Express for Mac and I run into this problem at the very end "There was an error installing Europe 2015.40 ."
I tried everything deleted the device, added it again, deleted Garmin Express and installed it again, nothing works, I still cannot update my maps (lifetime subscription)
The device is running on 4.80 (up to date) and has 1.4 GB still available, also I have 32 GB SD card that can not be recognized, serial number is 2WT155004
Can someone please help me??

I would suggest following the steps in this article to troubleshoot why the application isn't finding the card: Why won't the map update applications recognize the SD card?

What version of Express are you using? Please ensure that you are up to date: http://download.garmin.com/omt/express/lion/GarminExpressInstaller.dmg

If you continue to have problems, I would suggest calling support.
