I am attempting to upgrade my forunner 610 software from 2.90 to 3.00 and now my screen is frozen on 'restart required'. Although I've had the watch since march, this is the first day I have connected the garmin to the computer due to back injuries stopping me from running until now.. It struggles to connect despite the watch been 10cm from the ANT+.. I have managed to sync the watch once according to the 'last synched' although none of my workouts (I have 5 on the device) have uploaded to Garmin Connect.
I have tried restarting the computer however garmin express will not close as it is stuck on the 'restart required' screen. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
