Can't upload training schedule to device

Hello,

I hope someone can help me. I m trying to upload a training schedule from Garmin connect to my device.
It worked totally fine until now. I am in week 14 of a 16 week plan and memory was full, so I deleted everything and tried to upload the remaining runs onto my watch.
I open Garmin connect and select, send to device, window pops up to confirm, which I do and then it says, "loading" but nothing happens!
Please help!!!!
This is my 3rd Marathon plan, I am doing like this but the first time I have any troubles.
I m using Garmin Forerunner 620 with MAC 10.10.2.
Tried with cable or without but nothing works.
I would really appreciate your help.

    You haven't received any error messages during the transfer? Have you tried to remove and add the device back to Express? I would also suggest ensuring that the date, time, and timezone are correct on the computer.

    No error message. It just keeps loading forever. It also does not open garmin express. I deinstalled it, reinstalled it, tried a different computer, same outcome!
  • If it's not launching Express there might be a disconnect in the service. We came out with a new version of Express, lets try that one:

    Thanks, but it does nt work.
    I tried a Windows Computer in the meantime. Does nt work either.
    It always gets stuck at the point where I confirmed to send it "loading" appears and stays.
    My watch connects fine with Garmin and also sends software updates to the watch. The only thing that does nt work is the training schedule upload.
    I ve got an interval today and really don t want to edit it manually.

    Just noticed, that I can upload workouts. I manually done a workout and uploaded it.

    It looks like the website isnt calling the new garmin express (after the redesign) correctly. Cant upload a schedule to my fenix 3. It isn't working on the iPhone neither.

    I agree, it must be the Website.
  • The Fitness team handles Garmin Connect issues. Contact Product Support by phone and discuss this with them. They may already be aware of the issue and working on it. You should also check and/or post to the Garmin Connect forum.

    Trying to sync a schedule program from Garmin Connect, but everytime i tried to sync i get an eeror message "there was an error syncing with garmin connect"...however the workouts i´ve done "manually" sync without problems to garmin connect.

    I really need this schedule program, I´m going to run my first half marathon in July...

    I was successful in sending a Half Marathon Training Plan to a 610 and a 620. Garmin Express 4.0.14. I used Google Chrome v41.0.2272. Express was running when I sent the Workouts from the Calendar. Make sure you have only one Training Plan scheduled on the Calendar. I cannot think of any default setting in a web browser that would inhibit the call to open Garmin Express. It is most like a JavaScript function that is opening Express. Check your web browser preferences and any add ons or extension you have installed for script or JavaScript blocking. If you continue to have troubles please contact Garmin Support by phone so we can properly troubleshoot the issue.
