If I save more than one activity to history before syncing with Garmin Connect it won't sync all new activities, only the most recent one. E.g. I went cycling on Saturday, saved the data, went running Sunday, saved the data, sync on Sunday night and only the run transferred to Garmin Connect. Cycle is still on the device history but won't sync to the computer. Any ideas?
Similar problem. I have three activities on my 910XT from yesterday. In the midst of Garmin Connect web service issues yesterday I tried to upload the files and I got an error in the version 3 Express. I updated to version 4. No luck. Tried in IE with the Communicator Plug-in--no luck. Couldn't see activities newer that February. I uninstalled EVERYTHING Garmin and reinstalled this morning. Still won't sync. I have no way of accessing the files for these activities (they NEVER appeared in either the appdata or programdata hidden folder/file structure). I am about ready to give up on Garmin after having had serious hassle last week uploading from my Garmin Edge 500 (I had to use the Classic Garmin Connect manual upload as the 'Modern' didn't work). This is getting crazy, I would love to know what they hell Product Management at Garmin is thinking? I was thinking about getting a 920XT but I am rethinking this based on all these problems. Very disappointing. ((The lack of a manual file utility for the 910XT is a major pain. The fact that Express 4 doesn't have a SYNC button is flat out CRAZY).
I am sorry for the troubles. According to your Connect account the 3 activities were uploaded yesterday. If you ever want to send data from the watch again use the FAQ: How can I resend my history from my wireless watch to my computer?
