I have been trying to complete the maps update on my Nuvi 3590 for nearly a week now. I am using the latest Garmin Express for Mac and I run into this problem at the very end "There was an error installing Middle East and North Africa 2015.20."
I have tried everything ... including deleting the device, adding it again, deleting Garmin Express and installing it again, and even reverting to older versions of Express. I have also deleted the cache on my Mac and deleted Application Support items in my user account. Nothing works at all.
My device serial number is 2H9004419. I note that you have had identical reports from other Mac users recently which have been resolved by fixing an error in your database. I suspect this issue is also affecting me. Can someone please help me??
