There was an error installing Middle East and North Africa 2015.20

I have been trying to complete the maps update on my Nuvi 3590 for nearly a week now. I am using the latest Garmin Express for Mac and I run into this problem at the very end "There was an error installing Middle East and North Africa 2015.20."
I have tried everything ... including deleting the device, adding it again, deleting Garmin Express and installing it again, and even reverting to older versions of Express. I have also deleted the cache on my Mac and deleted Application Support items in my user account. Nothing works at all.
My device serial number is 2H9004419. I note that you have had identical reports from other Mac users recently which have been resolved by fixing an error in your database. I suspect this issue is also affecting me. Can someone please help me??

I am sorry for the troubles. I have corrected the issue on the back-end although this device looks slightly different from the few other examples. Please make sure Garmin Express is up to date and try the update again. If you continue to have troubles please let us know. I would also like to know how or where you acquired this device. Did it come with an automobile etc..?

How do I update Garmin Express?

I really don't understand your question. I bought it in Bahrain from a Garmin dealer with Middle East and North Africa LMT maps pre-installed. Are you saying there is something not right with it?

No there's nothing wrong with your device what Curt was saying is that he found a few small database issues with maps that have been unlocked to the device. The issue has since been corrected. I have looked into you account and see that early this morning the map update was successfully unlocked to your device. Since this is the case I'm assuming your update issues is now resolved? Were you able to successfully install your map update for City Navigator Middle East & Northern Africa NT 2015.20?

Thank-you for your help. Whatever changes were made to the database worked. At last I was able to update my Middle East and North Africa maps successfully. However, when I reconnected my Nuvi later, Express informed that I the map I had previously updated successfully updated was now available to update!

Error installing Middle East and North Africa 2015.20

I have tried map updates installed in both PC and Mac and no luck, thus far. "There was an error installing Middle East and North Africa 2015.20" continues to appear. I saw people get problem fixed by putting a thread so am trying the same. My device serial number is 2CJ015906. Appreciate a quick help.

I am sorry that you are having trouble with your update. Please try the update again. I believe it should be resolved.
