Error: There was an error installing Middle East and North Africa 2015.20

Hello there,

I have similer problem as here: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?198804-There-was-an-error-installing-Middle-East-and-North-Africa-2015-20

I was trying to complete the maps update on my Nuvi 1310 using Garmin Express for Mac and I run into this problem at the very end "There was an error installing Middle East and North Africa 2015.20."
I tried everything deleted the device, added it again, deleted Garmin Express and installed it again, nothing works, I still cannot update my maps (lifetime subscription)
The device is running on 6.20 (up to date) and has 961 MB still available, also I have 4 GB SD card that can not be recognized, serial number is 1NT127029
Can someone please help me??

I am sorry for the troubles. There was a small issue in the database with your device which I have corrected. You will want to delete the Nuvi from Express then update Express to the latest version before adding the Nuvi back. Your 2015.20 update will be available. Please see the FAQ: How do I update Garmin Express?
