Version 4.0.8.0 hangs on start

Was anyone of you able to successfully run GE v4.0.8.0? Every time I start it, even after removing all the data (application + preferences files) and reinstaling from scratch, it hangs just after displaying blank grey window.

My setup is Yosemite 10.10.2 with non english language set up as default. This is what I see:

Try performing a full uninstall on Garmin Express. Your message shows that not all the folders were trashed before Garmin Express was reinstalled. The full uninstall instructions can be found in our FAQ How do I completely uninstall Garmin Express?

In the first place it should never get broken after upgrade. It's not the first time you release a new version which stops working. Secondly I did remove all the files (I am familiar with the instructions you've provided because I had to use it few times before), it did not help. I will call you tomorrow, but I do not have high hopes on that.
