310 won't update to the newest garmin express.

Good day,
My 310xt is not updating to Garmin web site. In Garmin Express it has a note stating it synced however, it shows status in queue and won't update to the website. I downloaded the newest update. Can you help please.

Have you tried deleting then re-adding your 310 to Express?
