Every time I try to sync my (410) activities through Garmin Express on the Mac, it tells me I need to pair first. I turn pairing on, I confirm it on the screen and watch, but the very next time it asks to pair again. Pretty annoying. Help?
Check the Cookie settings in Safari-->Preferences-->Security menu. Cookies should be set to Allow from 3rd party sites I visit or Allow from everybody. If they are blocked you could experience issues with having to enter your credentials for each session. We have seen an issue with possible corrupt files coming from the fitness device also causing similar behavior. If you continue to have trouble I suggest you contact Garmin Product Support by phone.
