Data locations

After having lots of repeating issues with Garmin Connect syncing I'm officially throwing in the towel. Time to move. Can anybody help me find where my data lives on the computer? I seem to be able to find the fit files okay, but today when Garmin Connect indicates it syncs (but really doesn't) the file is in an "upload" folder as a text file.

Can anybody tell me how I get this into a file that training peaks can read?

    I am sorry for the troubles. We are looking into this. Monday should reveal more about the issue. I suggest you send the data again from the watch. On the device there is an option in the menus to send the activities again through Express. On the 310XT & 910XT use the Mode-->History-->Transfer All menu to resend everything on the device. Only activities not already in connect will transfer. The more activities that are kept on the watch, the longer the process will take. If an activity is already uploaded to Connect Garmin recommends it be deleted from the device. A device like these will fill up over time then start writing over the oldest data. This can cause corrupt data. Please check back tomorrow if you continue to have troubles or with any updates.
