310XT not syncing

i am trying to sync my workouts. transferring data message disappears from my 310 but this still shows up on express

uploading to Garmin connect

so now what??
  • I have the fenix 2 and I am not connecting from my IPhone nor my laptop. I know extremely frustrating! My wife's suunto synced right away - never had issues. I have had them for over a week now, on and off.

    If you have had a repeatable issue for over I suggest you contact Garmin Product Support. If you would like to elaborate on the problems you are having hear we would be happy to do what we can. Please see the FAQs below for some basic troubleshooting with the fenix2.

    If you get to the point of the computer recognizing the device, check inside the GPX folder for any .gpx files that at 0KB and either delete them or move them to your computer to remove them from the fenix2 then try to sync an activity with Express.
