Unable to sync 310xt - Corrupt files showing in transfer screen but not in watch

I´ve got a 310 XT and being using for a year now. Since an software update, my watch stop syncing with Garmin Express.

Took it to support and they deleted some virus, but when connecting to my mac, problem showed again.
I update my antivirus on the mac, run a test and is clean.

Did a Master Reset to the watch and still has the same problem.

Don´t now what else can I do. Have a ton of data and want to sync to Garmin.
