I just did a 100 mile ride and plugged into GE and it said there were 2 files (should be 1). And then it said there was an error in syncing. I tried a few times went to yesterday's update and still an error. The activity is in my history on my 800. Any suggestions other than riding another 100?
Sign in to your connect account through the web browser and enter a Display Name when you are prompted. Then remove the Edge from Express, add it back and reenter your connect credentials.

I did as you asked and nothing changed. I did not remove the device from Connect only express as you said. I discovered the device and tried again, but it is not working. I went into import and found the .fit file in the activities folder, it was the only one and dated for today. once I tried to import the error message has a red x with file cannot be defined.
