Express works maybe 20% of the time

I really don't know what's going on with Express. It generally takes me about an hour of futzing around to get it to sync my watch (410). Just now it took 7 tries, some ending with "Error - cannot find your device". Some with "Error uploading to Garmin Connect". And now my favorite - Express says "The Passkey Cannot be found, please pair again", and yet despite this, it is now syncing.

ANT Agent finally became stable, and then Express comes along and is awful. We have two Macs, two different ANT sticks, two different watches (a 405CX and a 410) and have exactly the same problems with both. Is there anyway to make this thing work better?

    I'm sorry for the issues you are having with Garmin Express. When do you receive the error "The Passkey Cannot be found, please pair again"? Is this when the watch starts syncing, or after it errors out?

    In the meantime, please follow the steps in the following article. Some of the steps may seem simple, but most issues are fixed in Express by following these steps. What Should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client?
