Can't access device data on Garmin Connect

I'm a new user and download Garmin Express and synced my Forerunner 910XT. It recognised it but when I tried to view my data in Garmin Connect I get the following error message

HTTP Status 403 - Not logged in

type Status report

message Not logged in

description Access to the specified resource (Not logged in) has been forbidden.
