Forerunner 910 XT won't upload to Garmin Connect - Mac

I have done a 5 hour ride today and when I got back my synced throughly Gamin ANT agent and downloaded the file completely. However it never uploaded to Garmin Connect. I have tried to do this manually but it just sits there "Loading" for hours.

Can anyone suggest anything?

It looks like the file that you were trying to upload was corrupt. I was able to get the file somewhat repaired and uploaded for you. You will see the activity on your account now. The file somehow had a duplicate lap so on the activities page, it will show as multisport and the time is doubled. When you open the activity, you can click on one of the laps and see your data. I know this is not ideal but unfortunately I couldn't find a way to fix this.
