Mac doesn't find Garmin devices

Hi,

My Macs (iMac and MacBook Pro) do not find the different Garmin devices. However, the devices are charging when the USB cables are connect to both Macs.

Any advice(s) about what to do?

I have tried to that, of course. The problem is that the link you are referring to is empty:

"We are unable to process your request. Please try again."

Okay. I have tried all this. Nothing helps.

Anything else I can do to get this to work properly?
