Problem with 310XT

Hope this is the place to post this, I am new in this forum.

When trying to pair my 310xt (into a Mac computer) I get a message saying:
'We're Sorry ...
There's a problem with our servers, which means Express is temporarily unavailable. We're working as fast as we can to get it back up and running. Please try again later.'


That messages comes up every time that I try to pair the device.
