There was an error installing Middle East and North Africa 2015.20.

Good day, I was trying to complete the maps update on my Nuvi 2497 using Garmin Express for Mac and I run into this problem at the very end "There was an error installing Middle East and North Africa 2015.20."
I tried everything deleted the device, added it again, deleted Garmin Express and installed it again, nothing works, I still cannot update my maps (lifetime subscription)
The device is running on 4.60 and has 2 Gigas still available, serial number is 38C000268
Can someone please help me??

This seems a common error and is linked somehow to the way some accounts are set up. You'll need to wait for the Express team to action this, in the meantime there is little point in continuing to try.
