HI, I've had my vivofit for 2 weeks and the first week had no problems with it syncing, last Wednesday I tried to sync and although the ANT is showing on my computer and I can see my garmin connect page, I cannot sync anything from Wednesday onwards. Can anyone please advise on what I need to do. Thanks
Have either of you tried deleting the vivofit from Express and Connect then setting it up again? Garmin experienced a sync issue the first week of January. Your sync issues could be part of that. Also, do either of you sync with a smart phone as well as Express?

I am sorry that you are having trouble syncing your vivofit. If you are not receiving any errors when you try to sync, make sure that you have tried the suggestion that Curt made. If you are still having trouble, please contact product support by phone.
