I got my vivofit Garmin 4 days ago and it won't sync with Garmin express. It says searching for device and make sure your device is ready to sync and keep it within 3 meters of Ant stick. I refresh page and nothing happens.
Have you pressed the button on the vivofit until you see PAIR? Does it flash back and forth between the word PAIR and a 4 digit number?
