I have had my 920 for about a week and can't get it to sync. I don't know what the issue is but nothing I seem to do makes it work. The weird thing is my Vivosmart and Edge 1000 will both sync and update just fine. I have even completely deleted Garmin Express from my iMac and downloaded it fresh from the Garmin website with no success. Has anyone had this issue and found a remedy?
Which device do you have set as your Activity Tracker? Do you have activities recorded with the timer on the 920XT saved to the device or are you wanting to sync the step count from the 920? You can only have one device assigned as the activity tracker per Connect account so make sure this is not a conflict. Are you receiving any error messages when trying to sync the 920XT. Have you paired it with a smart phone or set up the wifi syncing from within Express?
I have my vivosmart set up to count activity. I am trying to sync stored activities through USB and I get sync errors. The device is paired with my phone through Bluetooth but Garmin Express has not allowed me to manage or set up wifi.
I notice that you have a watch face queued to transfer to your device. This feature is not working properly on the Mac version of Garmin Express. I would try deleting that from your sync queue on Garmin Connect:
Log into Garmin Connect
Click the sync icon on the left (two opposite, diagonal arrows)
Click the "X" next to Anolog Digital Extras
Try syncing again
