Can't upload data to my forerunner 410 and reupload to garmin connect everything

Hi

I have a forerunner 410 and I'm using OS X 10.9.5 . I have many problems with Garmin Express:

* I can't upload data to my forerunner, I'm trying to sync my heart rate zones from GarminConnect, the Garmin Express is stuck in "Downloading from Garmin Connect" . :mad:
* After pair my devices and my computer the Garmin Express show a banner to pair my devices again.
* Every time that I try to upload some data to Garmin Connect, Garmin Express say that all my items will by sync again even if I have delete "Library/Application\ Support/Garmin/", this happen even if I also format my device.

Any idea how to fix all this problems ?

I'm using the last version of Garmin Express

When you said 'format' did you mean a master reset? What steps did you perform to do this? I just want to make sure that we are on the same page. Also, please follow the steps in the following article:
What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client?

Hi. Yes i did a master reset. I had followed this steps http://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/case.faces?caseId=%7B611c59b0-8a69-11dd-e87e-000000000000%7D . I also try removing my devices as you said and nothing happen

any other idea?

I'm going to try with a Windows machine
