Unable to upload latest workouts from Forerunner 610

Hi,

I've synced before many activities of forerunner 610 to Garmin Connect, but today when I tried to sync my last activities I got a sync error. And now whenever I try to sync, the synchronization happens very fast and it says "Sync Complete!" but these last activities doesn't show on Garmin Connect. I can see these activities on the watch but not on Garmin Connect...

I've already updated Garmin Express to last version...

    I am sorry for the troubles. Per the announcement https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?184804-Problems-with-syncing-wellness-data-in-Garmin-Express. Garmin has experienced sync issues with Express and the Garmin Connect Mobile app for the last couple of days. Please check your Connect accounts Dashboard tomorrow for your data. It may take a while for us the catch up processing the data we received during the outage.

    Hi,

    I'm still not able to sync some of the activites.
    I can sync the latest activities but not the activities that I wasn't able to sync when Garmin had the sync problems.
    I have 2 activities (2nd and 5th January) that don't sync with Garmin Connect.

    You can attempt to upload the data using a different method(Mobile app/Windows computer) to see if it will upload. More than likely the activities you are missing were marked as uploaded during our server outages and won't get transferred again even though they aren't in connect. This happened to me as well. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    I tried today to install Garmin Express on a new Windows computer and tried to sync but still those 2 activities don't show on Garmin Connect.
    Any other methods of uploading data?
    Does it means I lost those 2 activities data?

    Great, that worked!
    Now I have all activities on Garmin Connect.
