310XT won't upload

Every time I try to upload my workouts it says it is transferring one from 31 Dec 1989, then it fails to upload.

I've tried checking for updates, deleting devices, deleting plist files, fiddling around with settings, master reset on the watch, you name everything suggested on this forum and still get the same thing.

Any suggestions please?

    I'm getting exactly the same issue on my 310XT. I managed to upload the first set of activity data, but now it fails with this same problem.
    What's the solution please?

    Please explain your problem. If its the same as brightonbomb's post above, have you completed all the same trouble shooting? Deleting the device from Express then Master Resetting it usually resolves the issue. There were problems with the Connect Servers over the last couple days so unless this goes back longer than that I would wait until we resolve the server issues before doing anything else.

    I've been having similar problems. This morning, I reinstalled Garmin Express, master reset the 310xt, and it worked with a 10 second test workout. Just got back from my run and now it won't upload. I can get the files on to Strava, but not Connect. Add this to my problem with the software trying to reinstall itself every 2nd or 3rd boot, and I've come to the conclusion that Garmin doesn't make a very good product. I've been a loyal customer for 6-7 years, but now I wish I'd bought a different product with better reliability and more support.

    I have the same problem with my 310XT(since 19-12-14). I send an email to Garmin Europe and the make opened a case. I hope the found a solution.

    I checked Garmin Express and there is an update..3.2.28.0, but that is not the solution....
