Forerunner 15 replacement stated as not compatible with Garmin Express

Hi All,

Just received a replacement Forerunner 15 as the first one would never turn on. Once I tried to sync the device with Garmin Express just got a message stating the device is not compatible with Express.

Is there any easy way to remedy this?

What version of Express? Since the Forerunner 15 is a fairly new device, older Express's might not support it. The current Garmin Express on OS X is 3.2.27.0.

I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. I opened a case for you so that we can get this device marked as compatible with Express. In the meantime, you can upload activities to Garmin Connect manually by following the instructions in this FAQ:
How do I manually upload data from USB Mass Storage devices to Garmin Connect?

Not working with the manual upload either. i have installed the most up to date version of Express also.

I have had the same frustrating problem with my forerunner 15...the replacement watch does not sync:mad::mad::mad:
help would be appreciated thanks!
