Garmin Express Stuck in Waiting to Transfer for 610

I was having problems getting Garmin Express to connect to my device earlier but have resolved that issue. Now it seems to be stuck in "waiting to transfer" under downloading from Garmin Connect. The bar just keeps pulsing like it is thinking but nothing is happening. This has been going on for over an hour now.

    Did you do the master reset on the 610? Was there any History on the device that would have uploaded to your Connect account? Did you try to send anything from Connect to the 610?

    Everything was cleared off of the device already from earlier uploads. I did try and send a workout from Connect to the 610 but that is where it keeps hanging up.
  • Clearing the data from the watch is not the same as the Master Reset. Delete the item from the Sync menu in Connect then try to send it again. Try a different workout. Make sure you send it from the Workouts menu rather than the Calendar menu for now.
